Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF SALE: Accounts that are approved for credit are due 30 days from date of purchase. A 1.5% per month service fee (annual percentage rate of 18%) will be charged on all balances not paid by the due date. All returned checks will be assessed with a $25.00 fee.

DELIVERY: All quotes are F.O.B. our warehouse unless quoted otherwise. We do offer delivery throughout the State of Iowa. Ask about delivery charges for your location.

RETURNS: Prior approval is necessary on all merchandise returned. A 20% restocking charge will also be assessed for merchandise returned. Chemicals, as well as some seasonal items, cannot be returned.

SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax in accordance with the State of Iowa or with the laws in the State of the purchaser. Sales tax will be exempt with a copy of your resale certificate or “E” number on file.

ACCURACY: Descriptions, to the best of our knowledge, are those given by the manufacturer. No intent is implied to falsify claims or to misrepresent their products. Changes in regulations, reregistration of products, and/or availability of products may vary. No further guarantees are given than those by the manufacturer.

CHEMICAL SALES: All application and usage rates are given as a guide only. Please read the label and follow directions accordingly for best results. Applicator licenses or permit numbers must be on file before purchase and updated yearly.
